The flavor of this candy was influenced by the sodas we make in our store. Our fizzes are made with three ingredients: seltzer, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. People looking to experiment with what a modern soda fountain has to offer will use flavored syrup to mix up original flavor concoctions. This is our take on a new soda flavor, with a burst of lemon, and sweet hints of peach and raspberry. The combination of sour bubbly and refreshing flavors is an in-house favorite, which is why we made Lofty Fizz candy. To make this candy we added baking soda for extra fizz.
